Any or all findings will be shared with you, and an estimate will be provided to return your system to peak performance abilities.

SB2 Techs will run specialised software to assess the health and condition of your hard drive (HDD) or solid-state drive (SSD). S2B technicians will address any filesystem errors, bad sectors, or uncover the need to be replaced. Any and all findings will be reported to you.
Motherboard Installation or Replacements
SB2 technicians will skillfully install or replace a mainboard of your choice. Any related components will be moved over to ensure the system is fully operational. This does not include any data transfer or re-installing the operating system. If you need SB2 to transfer data or re-install OS our technicians can provide you with a quote.
Component Installation or Replacements
If you need your expansion device (video card, sound card etc), storage device (hard drive, SSD, or optical drive), or memory installed / replaced; SB2 Computers & RC Toyz Technicians are the experts to call. This does not include mainboard or liquid cooling options. Please advise one of SB2 Technicians if you require those services.

At SB2 you can have your aging or new all-in-one processor (CPU) liquid cooling system installed or replaced by the experts. Professionally installed and ready to beat the heat. An SB2 Computers inspection will ensure a proper fit will take place prior to the installation, as your PC case must support the radiator and fans.

Our technicians will open the case and thoroughly cleaning all fans (power supply, cpu / processor, case, or video card) with care and attention to detail. This will help to ensure your PC runs optimially!
Power Supply Replacement with Cable Management
SB2 Computers can replace or upgrade your power supply, a critical component for your functioning system. The expert technicians at SB2 will not just replace the unit, but will ensure it is installed with care and clean up all related cables to ensure a clean and functional system.
Operating System Installation
SB2 Computers will do a complete install of your Operating System and latest updates, and any related drivers to ensure your system is working optimially. Please note, this does not include the operating system or data-backup, and customer must have a valid license key.
Operating System Installation with Data Transfer
SB2 Computers will do a complete installation of your Operating System and latest updates, and any related drivers to ensure your system is working optimially. This service has included the transfer of common data from your current drive or installation to ensure you get up and running as soon as possible. Due to the complexity of storage locations, some files may be omitted without important guidance on locations. Please note this does not include the operating system and the customer must have valid license key.
Driver Installation Only
This service will allow SB2 Technicians to install drivers to support smooth operation of your system. This can range from video, sound, networking, wireless, USB, or many other devices.
Software Application Installation
SB2 Computers will preform installation of your legitimate licensed software application and ensure it is running (for example Microsoft Office, Acrobat, Skype, Teams, and others). SB2 Computers will validate that it is compatible with your system before proceeding. Proof of ownership is required.
Virus Removal
SB2 Computers expertly trained technicians will use leading tools and software to both identify and remove Viruses, Adware, Malware, or Trojans on your system. SB2 will ensure your system is back up and running in no time.
BIOS/ Firmware Updates
SB2 Computer technicians can resolve any known issues or add any system enhancements by having SB2 perform a BIOS or Firmware update on your system. SB2 Computers will ensure the latest version is installed and any related firmware updates.
Data Recovery
If you need your important documents, music, and pictures transferred to another device, SB2 Computers Technicians can do a review of key file locations to be completed to ensure the highest level of service. A destination device is required to put the recovered content on such as a hard drive, solid-state drive, usb memory key, or DVD disk. The size of the destination device will depend on overall amount of data.
